Cook Mess Free Beetroot

with Glad to be Green® Compostable Bake Paper

To quickly cook beetroot in the microwave without the mess use Glad to be Green® Compostable Bake Paper to wrap them. Trim the leaves and place them on the paper ensuring that you pierce the beets several times with a fork before sealing. Microwave them for about 15 minutes, or until they are slightly squishy to touch but still firm. Allow to cool before unwrapping and peel the skin off. Cut as desired and enjoy the mess-free beets!
