Stained Glass Easter Cookies

with Glad to be Green® Compostable Bake Paper

Get creative and colourful this Easter with stained glass cookies!

Roll your cookie dough between two sheets of Glad to be Green® Compostable Bake Paper to prevent sticking.

Using an egg-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the cookies. Then, using a smaller circle-shaped cookie cutter stamp out the centre and fill with crushed hard candies.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the sweets have melted.

Remove the tray from the oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes before placing the biscuits on a wire rack.
